About the experience

Spend a weekend at TAO Padel Academy, where panoramic courts, a gym and a recovery area bring training and downtime together. Between sessions, cool off in the pool, use the sauna and ice bath, or settle into the café with fellow players.

The programme combines eight hours of court training with two hours of theory, video analysis and a Sunday tournament. Small-group coaching gives you individual feedback on technique, positioning and decision-making, with breakfast and lunch included throughout the camp.

Day 2
  • Saturday follows the same structure, with a fitness warm-up, morning coaching, theory and afternoon training. Continue working with the coaches before taking time to recover. The gym, pool and recovery area keep everything close at hand, with space to unwind and connect with other players between activities.
Day 3
  • Put the weekend’s coaching into practice during Sunday’s tournament and match play, running from 9am to 11am. Lunch follows at 11.30am, bringing the programme to a close. If you are staying in Ubud, leave time afterwards to enjoy the town at your own pace.

What’s Bali like?

Rice terraces and jungle below a volcano in soft morning light

Bali brings together surf beaches, rice terraces and local traditions. Canggu offers cafés and beach clubs, while Uluwatu is known for clifftop sunsets and coastal stays. Inland, Ubud adds temples, galleries and jungle scenery, with waterfalls and volcanic landscapes further afield.
