About the experience

Five nights in Uluwatu with a four-day padel camp at Monster Padel. Start with a personal assessment, then work through technical coaching, tactics and match play with the club’s Spanish coaching team. Social and challenge tournaments build towards a closing championship.

Stay at Six Senses Uluwatu, Alila Villas Uluwatu or Bvlgari Resort Bali. Between sessions, use Monster’s pool, sauna, ice baths and jacuzzi, with camp lunches and a group barbecue included. Evenings leave room to enjoy your resort or explore Uluwatu’s beaches and restaurants.

Schedule

Day 1
  • Take your private airport transfer south to Uluwatu and check into your chosen resort. The first evening is free to enjoy the pool, settle into your room or have dinner overlooking the ocean. An optional spa treatment can be arranged before the four-day camp begins tomorrow.
Day 2
  • Meet the coaches over a welcome lunch and begin with an assessment of your movement, decision-making and playing style. Continue with fundamentals, court positioning, footwork and communication with your partner. Afterwards, use Monster’s recovery centre before returning to your hotel for the evening.
Day 3
  • Work on controlling the net, recognising attacking opportunities and choosing when to finish the point. A tactical debrief and lunch lead into an afternoon Americano, giving you opportunities to apply the coaching with different partners. Recover at the club afterwards, then enjoy the evening at your resort or in Uluwatu.
Day 4
  • Build on the previous sessions with conditioning, reaction drills and coaching on using the walls to turn defence into attack. After lunch, a short workshop explores the mental side of match play before a challenge tournament. Finish with contrast therapy and a relaxed group barbecue with the coaches.
Day 5
  • Start with a light warm-up before the championship matches bring together everything you have worked on during the camp. Put your technique, tactics and decision-making into practice, then join the closing celebrations and receive your certificate. A farewell lunch follows, with the afternoon free to relax around the pool.

What’s Bali like?

Rice terraces and jungle below a volcano in soft morning light

Bali brings together surf beaches, rice terraces and local traditions. Canggu offers cafés and beach clubs, while Uluwatu is known for clifftop sunsets and coastal stays. Inland, Ubud adds temples, galleries and jungle scenery, with waterfalls and volcanic landscapes further afield.
