Schedule
Day 1
- Arrive in Bangkok and settle into your chosen luxury hotel. The evening is free to enjoy the hotel or head out for dinner, leaving time to rest before coaching begins tomorrow. Depending on where you stay, explore nearby restaurants or take in the city from a rooftop bar.
Day 2
- Begin with your chosen Morning with Monks experience beside the Chao Phraya, or head straight to Sterling for coaching with M3 Padel Academy. The session gives the coaches time to assess your game and work on technical details. Afterwards, recover at Sundaymood with infrared sauna and cold plunge before a free evening.
Day 3
- Start with private court time to practise the previous day’s coaching, followed by recovery at Form. Return for a supervised match, with feedback on your decisions and execution. If selected as your included city experience, Bangkok After Dark takes you through Talad Noi and Yaowarat by electric tuk-tuk that evening.
Day 4
- Round off the weekend with a supervised match, private court time or an Americano, depending on your group’s preferences and departure timing. Afterwards, continue your onward journey or extend your stay. Additional coaching, spa treatments or a beach stay in Phuket or Koh Samui can be arranged separately.
What’s Bangkok like?

Bangkok mixes grand temples and riverside neighbourhoods with rooftop bars and street food. Take a boat along the Chao Phraya, visit the Grand Palace or explore Chinatown’s markets. Thong Lor adds restaurants and nightlife, while leafy cafés and Thai massages offer a slower pace.
