Frequently Asked Questions

Padel Travel Asia does not directly employ coaches to work exclusively for the company and does not plan on doing so for the foreseeable future. 

We only have agreements with freelance coaches. However, we do work with courts who employ their own salaried coaches and therefore some packages will involve the services of a coach who is not freelance. 

Padel Travel Asia cannot begin work with you until you are based in one of our covered countries and does not offer a guaranteed minimum amount of work. However, applicants are welcomed to submit their interest before arriving. The contract for your services will be on a freelance basis with acceptance onto the platform determined by Padel Travel Asia and payment terms negotiated with our partner travel agency in the country you base yourself.

Yes, performing freelance padel coaching services requires a work permit. The application processes in both countries involve submitting various documents and may take several weeks. Compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations is essential to avoid penalties, fines, or deportation. Given the complexities, it is advisable to consult legal or immigration experts to ensure a smooth and lawful process.
